| Mounting Method Options for Gemini Letters |
| Plain Installation- Plain Mount Letters are shipped without mounting hardware (as shown below) |
| Flange Installation- Flange is a flat, 3/16" to 1/2" perimeter on the letter return info which holes can be drilled. Secure with screws or nails. Wider flange options upon request. Not recommended for letters under 6". (examples of flange shown below) |
| Stud Installation- Studs are metal threaded posts on the rear of the letters. Specify stud lengths of 1", 1.5", 2" 3" 4", 5" and 6". Specify if studs need to be in line for brick or block wall mortar joints. (Brick - 2-5/8" on center; Block - 8" on center) Mounting Pattern is highly recommended for this option. |
| Pad Installation- are plastic disks on the rear of the letters. Secure the letters to the wall with silicone adhesive. (Adjustable of flush pads available upon request. Pad Mount is only recommended for letters less than 24" tall. |
| Combonation Installation- Letters have stud through pads on all mounts. Specify if studs need to be in line for brick or block wall mortar joints. Not for letters under 6" |
| Other Mounting Options |
| Brackets are L-shaped plastic projections flared outward from back of the letters. |
| Wires are stainless steel hooks inserted into plastic blocks glued to inside of letter. Available for flush mounting or with 1/2", 1", 1.5" or 2" standoffs on the flat faced letters 6" and up |
| Foam Filled letters are filled with rigid urethane foam and cut flush to the back edge of the letter. Available for letters 9" and smaller. Price is 2 times the plain letter. |
| Free Standing letters have 90 degree mounting brackets for installing on roofs. Other angles are also available upon request. Price is 3 times plain letter. |
